Google Sheet access remains available after the expo, while WhatsApp capture may be disabled after the expo end date unless renewed.

AI extraction may be imperfect. Exhibitors should review important lead details before commercial action.

Automatic visitor follow-up may depend on WhatsApp template approval, country rules, and provider availability.

Abuse, spam, unlawful data collection, or sending messages without consent can result in immediate suspension.
