1. What You Can Request
Clients may request deletion of ExpoLead workspace data by contacting us with the company name, expo name, authorized contact email, and WhatsApp number used for setup.
- Captured lead rows and extracted lead details.
- Uploaded business card images, files, voice notes, and text notes.
- Demo lead records and WhatsApp live-demo records.
- Google Drive folders, Google Sheets, and operational workspace files controlled by ExpoLead.
- Related operational records where deletion is technically and legally possible.
2. Verification
We may need to verify requester authority before deleting data from Supabase, Google Drive, Google Sheets, WhatsApp-related logs, storage, or connected operational systems.
3. Data We May Retain
Some records may be retained where required for payment reconciliation, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security logs, legal obligations, backups, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements.
