ExpoLead Bot collects exhibitor signup details, expo details, WhatsApp messages, visiting card images, voice notes, extracted lead data, payment metadata, and operational logs.

Data is used to create expo workspaces, process lead captures, maintain Google Sheets, send authorized follow-ups, enforce usage limits, and support the service.

Third-party processors may include WhatsApp/Meta, Google, Supabase, OpenAI, Razorpay, Stripe, Vercel, DigitalOcean, and n8n infrastructure.

Uploaded files are retained for 90 days after the expo unless extended. Clients may request deletion by contacting Bigdoor AI Labs.

Exhibitors are responsible for visitor communication consent before sending follow-up messages.
